Hiking in Pigah National Forest - Black Balsam


We camped in one location and hiked about 14 miles over two days in the high country in the Black Balsam / Shining Rock area of

    That was seriously one of the best trips into the woods I have ever taken. Where are we going next year?

    Also, that was more like 20 miles: 8.5 day one and 11.5 day two.
